Would this tkt be endorsable?? (Not strictly a MR)

Looks like KL have forgotten to make their cheapest UK fares non-endorsable.

Because I am not sure of when I will be travelling, and I was looking for a cheap work-around to non-changeable tix.

One that can be exchanged for another issued by another IATA carrier.
