Any experience with Superfares.biz?
 

I saw this question posted on the Fodor's board but not much response. I checked out the pricing and it DOES seem quite a bit cheaper. Has anyone used this site? If so, did everything go OK? Would you recommend it?

Superfares.Biz GONE!!???
 

As of this afternoon, they're a goner!!! I checked with their site administrator (siteturn.com) and they confirmed they're no longer being redirected to their site...any ideas if they really ARE still around and if so, how to contact them? I found a fare this morning for $100 cheaper than Orbitz, same exact flights/airlines...now kaput... :(

Well, they're certainly cheap. I found an itinerary I already purchased for $300 less with a better routing. However, I am pretty suspicious.

1) No phone number to contact them with is listed on the site.
2) Bad grammar in the FAQ. Not very professional. Also no real answers provided in the FAQ.
3) On the international itinerary I pulled up the taxes and fees were listed as $10. US international departure and arrivals taxes alone should be $28.20. On ITA with the same routing taxes and fees amount to about $85 and included US taxes, foreign taxes, PFCs, etc.

I wouldn't want to be the guinea pig to test this place out. It's too bad because they've got great prices. But, as they say, if it looks too good to be true......

If this is a legitimate company, I would be very surprised. The fares and taxes are unrealistically low. I noticed when they ask for credit card information there is no "lock" showing on my browser meaning it's not secure. I could be wrong, but I think this website may exist primarily for the purpose of obtaining personal credit card information.

This pretty much tells me everything I need to know about this superfares.biz ...BEWARE.

You guys rock!!! Thank you! I've been watching them the past couple of weeks, I did obtain some contact information on them at one point while they were still "up", as it seems they're "gone" again...I'll definitely continue to steer clear of these "people" whomever they are, just in case...

Thing is, if you do a search for business names under either or their phone nothing can be found.
