It's about 90 minuets west of Calgary. Beautiful scenary, and plenty to do. Ski, Hike, mountain bike ride, helicoptor tours etc. PLus the exchange rate is great.

BTW what bring you to Vegas? CES and NAB I assume?
i'll be in vegas in jan and march. world of concrete and con/ag expo...both construction and trucking shows. yay.
