America Votes: Live-Stream on the net?

For those of us not being in the states and being unable to see livecoverage on TV, is there a livestream from CNN or FoxNews or one of the major channels on the net?

Well there isn't a live web stream for CNN FOX NEWS or others..... But ABC NEWS has ABC NEWS NOW... And they should have live coverage.... Its a Pay Real ONE Service or you can get the stream on AOL.... But I'll help you, and bypass it....

I went to vote this morning....the older man at my district's table did not even ask me for any ID. All I had to do was tell him my name, my street address and then add my signature. Nothing else. Then I voted.

Everybody can moan and groan about equipment or "confusing" looking ballots ( ) but with all of the advanced hoopla about certain and dependable fraud, you would THINK that these dummies working at the polls would make sure they verify ID.

Uh, (nicely asking) what the heck does this crap have to do with travel?

Because many people are traveling and trying to figure out how to get the coverage if they are in a hotel that doesn't have a live news feed from the states.

I believe cspan will be offering streaming coverage over at cspan.org, and hundreds, if not thousands of rasio stations are available for streaming.

I would suggest ABC NEWS NOW.... Its coverage will most likely will be the same on ABC.... If not, the crew at Now, are better than the Network....

Hey, can you recommend a good "Lawyer" in Ohio.... You guys seems to have a lot of them... :D

OK, so anything goes here eh? So what about this story? http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/europe...eut/index.html ?

Who can stomach what is going on in the UK? Can you say referendum? Why can't India's new government answer some key questions about their election promises? When will Barosso submit his new cabinet to the parlaiment and what will they think? There are much more important things happening in the world than this incredibly over-hyped US presidential non-event. I think the California propositions will have more lasting effect on the lives of Americans than Bush versus Kerry. Hmmm?

At the voting polls? Really?? The amount of fraud from that.......wow....

choster Nov 2, 2004 2:30 pm

Asking for ID is supposedly "intimidating." So is having police present at a polling station.

Anyway, to try to get back to the original question, http://www.voanews.com/ is offering streaming coverage throughout the day. After all, this is the sort of thing VOA was originally created for.

Well, since the OP asked for where one who was TRAVELING might find election results, I provided him a story with links where he could find such. What, exactly, is the problem with that?
