Espresso Machine in Room?

I just read PresRDC's thread and I just thought of this. Does anyone hotel offer espresso machines in the room instead of the normal coffee maker? It would make a good perk at the higher end hotels.

The Conrad BKK has them. Well, at least in the suites (got one next to the Presidential Suite).

Many hotels in Italy and Spain have Espresso makers in the hallway with some espresso pods in the room. And I am talking about 2-3* properties, not some luxury hotels.

They have them in executive rooms at the Emirates Towers in Dubai. Also, at the Hilton Dubai Creek you had to ask for one to be brought to your room.
Nice touch in any event.
