I thought I filled this out as well. I did a search and I didn't come up with this under the author search...

Anyways..

Not including transits, but including seperate immigration checks (to inc. Macau and HK, which are quasi-countries)

Japan (2x)
Singapore
Malaysia
Hong Kong
Macau
China
Korea
England
Mexico (countless times)

Also about 25 US states, but never Canada

By Jan 5 i'll add:
Panama
Argentina
Uruguay
Paraguay
Brazil

14 countries isn't THAT bad for a student who started 2 years ago.

Hmmm... being paid in Pacific Pesos and living in a relatively isolated country with only 4 weeks of annual leave per year - it's not THAT easy after you pick off the obvious places!

BTW, I was interested to see on your list that you've been to North Korea - when was that and how did you do it? I understood that it was pretty much a closed country until the recent much-hyped tour flights from Seoul...

You can cross the border by a couple of metres at Panjumeon - UN bit in the middle of the DMZ. Its about an hour out of Seoul. You have to go by organised tour (bus) unfortunately.

Only 20, mostly Europe, Carribean and N. America. Wifey probably has 25 with business trips to the Far East and Nordics.

I'm also at 43 states and 9 provinces. North Dakota is going to be the tough one.
