I'm a JFK fan on this one. I find it easier to reach than EWR myself, and with DL you have more options to choose from should their be a problem with the flight. I go through JFK at least once every two or three months on DL, and whenever I've missed that last flight of the night they've either put me in a taxi to drive me to one of the other NY airports or a hotel.
