Airport Security
 

Hello My name is patrick donovan i am doing a story for my school newspaper and i was wondering how you feel about airport/airplane since september 11 and how you think they could step it up if needed thank you for your comments.

Let me give you the Cliff Notes version of what we feel:

1. Many of us think that a lot of money is wasted on inefficient airport security.

2. Many of us think that airports and airplanes are not the only vulnerable targets in society, and we should focus on other potential vulnerabilities and less the waste of money in airport security.

3. Many of us think that toughened cockpit doors was a great security step, and that we as passengers have to be willing to step up if a hijack occurs.

4. Many of us know that we will never be 100% safe when we fly or do anything else, so we should stop the waste of taxpayer dollars on window dressing security measures.

5. Many of us appreciate kind TSA agents, but have had negative experiences with power-hungry, mean-spirited TSA agents who have bullied us around as well, and we're kind of sick of it.
