Paris for six hours

I have a six hour layover in Paris, is that enough time to go into the city? Is there anywhere to store luggage in the airport?

Depending on your time of day, it's possible, but take a taxi to/from the airport for about 38-50 euros each way. Plan 60 minutes to get to the center and 90 minutes to get back to the airport (in case of traffic). Plan 30 minutes to clear security/emigration into the right terminal.
I have no idea what you should do with your luggage. So basically out of 6 hours (once you clear immigration -- timing which can vary quite a bit and has once took an hour), you will have a max of 3 hours downtown.

I've done it during a layover of similar length... took the train to Chatelet-Les-Halles... strolled around, had a lovely morning. I carried my carry-on bag with me, but it wasn't very heavy.
