I'm lucky not to have that problem. Some years ago I saw an FA on Qantas provide a passenger with smelling salts of some kind.

Anyone know more about that?

I had my first serious problem a month ago (not flying but driving over a relatively low mountain pass (<2,000m at the top). Just keep your sinuses clear. Maybe suck on a menthol cough drop?
