Which airlines have dedicated crew rest compartments?

Just wondering which airlines have a/c equipped with dedicated crew rest compartments? I remember Boeing offering a crew rest compartment above the rear lavatories of the 747-400 when that a/c was launched (mercifully, I haven't sat in the back of a 747 in a long time).

Boeing is offering one above the front galley in the 777 but I didn't notice AA's 772s having one. I do know that BA's 772s have what appears to be a large compartment above the door 3 centre portion (so big it takes away overhead storage for some pax).
