I am flying into LHR and then flying out of LGW a few hours later. What is the best way to get between airports? When I say best I mean cheapest. I'm flying British Airways.

Do a search in this, the London and the BA forums. It's been covered more than a few times. If you have a connection less than 4 hours, the shuttle bus between the two is pretty much your only economical option.

Just did it. Walk out the door of T4 and there's the Gatwick bus. Costs 14 GBP to go to Gatwick if you're doing a BA transfer, 17 otherwise.

Takes under an hour (on a Saturday late morning) - get off at second stop (departures). Cheap and conveient.
