This has to be the 3rd or 4th time we've done this on Flyertalk. But my vote shall always go to Azzura airlines. They were (still are?) a low-cost regional Italian airline. I flew them once from Milano to Zurich. We had about 5 passengers, myself and another businessman, and a family of 3. And we had 4 "supermodel" class stewardesses. Me and the other businesman got our own supermodel to take care of us the entire flight. One of the few times I hoped for a lengthy delay. I wish we had been going to Australia.
