UK Psych Profile Empl. Test

I have 2 days (5 including travel)in the UK next week for. 1 day for interviews, 1 day for psych profile. Any advice? I am 1st of 3 for the position, desparately want it. I know the be yourself part, and I know none of us know the company criteria. Thoughts?
