Looking for secure shoulder/back pack

I'm looking for recommendations for shoulderbag / backpack to upcoming trip - for wallet, camera, passport etc.

Has anyone tried a "sling" shoulder pack?

Other ideas? By secure I mean from pickpockets .

That bag looks nice but does it stay on your back like a traditional backpack or can you sling it under your arm? I really don't think that anything on your back can be that secure from pickpockets.

The web site below has secure purses and fanny packs but they are not stylish and very ugly.

When traveling I try to carry cash in my front pockets and anything that does go into a backpack is in the very inner most areas. Being alert is your best defense.
