I recently had the chance to be booked in executive by my company...last minute trip, all that was available....saskatoon to toronto..i went in the doors, right to the executive counter...except 4 others arrived at the same time..waiting in line, the agent knew everyone ahead of me by first name...i thought oh crap...i'll be here forever...but he was efficient, quick, and friendly...even smiled!..I was on my way in no time..........then the same agent is at the gate...and all the ones that were in front of me were at the desk talking and laughing with him.......and we left 10 minutes early too!....
