And on KLM, mind you I prefer the ice cold ones they give you in Hotels in Asia, oh and the Royal York in Toronto during the heatwave in the summer. Now are the cold ones hygenic ?

I have no problem using United's towels on my face. If someone did, wouldn't they also be uncomfortable using the water in the bathroom for washing their face. That doesn't have a "safety seal" on it.

My observation is most people use hot towel on their hands first then at the end do the face...I do it opposite...Just think I would rather wash face before hands.

One would think so... But last month I saw a pig of a man "double dip" his cold towel in the bowl of ice cold water it was sitting in. This was after he had wiped his face with it. And it occurred in a very nice spa. I wanted to walk over and punch him in the face, but instead just alerted the staff to change the bowl of towels.
