Outside Montreal stuff to do?
 

I'm going to Montreal soon with some friends. We've been a couple times, so I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for things to do this time of year that are slightly out of town, maybe a short (under 30-45 minute) drive away?

Also, I'd love an in town suggestion for:

-A good cigar lounge (preferably one that is well priced)
-A good coffee shop/lounge kinda place where we could have a book club meeting (four people)
