Where to buy a nail clipper with a file?
Before I travel, I clip my nails. It would be nice if I could find a nail clipper without a file. I had a regular nail clipper seized once (clipped my nails and took the clipper to the car).
Any suggestions or store names? Toe nail clippers often don't have metal nail files. |
Confused here... your heading say you want a nail clipper with file but in the body of your message you say you want a nail clipper without a file...
How can you have one with both? http://www.flyertalk.com/travel/fttr...orum/smile.gif William |
If, in fact, you mean you want to find a clipper without a file, just buy one with, and break it off.
(That's what security has done with me, so now I have a few without those dangerous files!) |
Sorry, I meant without a file.
I could break it off but then it would be a sharp weapon! Might scratch myself. |
The TSA now permits nail clippers. I don't think that they are now in the habit of checking to see if there is a small file attached.

If you don't want the file, then just break it off. Sometimes the file is attached to the handle end so if you remove the handle you slip off the file, then put the handle back on.
I believe it's a moot point, I don't think they are taking them anymore. |
