ORD Expansion
 

I read that ORD is getting 2 new terminals (and maybe runways in the next millenium) - but nowhere can I find the actual expansion plan, ie, where the terminals are to be located, who plans on moving in, etc. The official ORD webpage has no information on this. Any info out there? Thanks.
