Mexico City Sightseeing
 

I have three nights, and 2 whole days, that I would like to do some sightseeing (with wife and 5 yr old daughter).

What are the sights we should see in 2 days?
What way (car rental, taxi - what type of taxi, limousine, on-off trolley?, bus tours etc)?

What is there to see within a 2-3 hour radius of Mexico City - and again, by what transportation method (see above question)?

What about shopping? Where? What is offered?

I set up sightseeing through the Concierge at the Four Seasons Hotel. I had a private guide who gave me an excellent tour of the cultural
hightlights. There are also good group tours: the city; the pyramids and other cities if you have time.
