Related to another question I had - if I book my US-Europe travel thru flights.com,
- Do I get the miles? (UA)
- DO they ever have discounted biz class?

A friend of mine who booked United tickets to Brazil on them definitely got miles.

I have booked many tickets on Tiss.de and recieved the miles from the flights. But, this was before the new format (Flights.com). Now it seems harder than ever to get a flight with availability. With the change in format, who knows what else they changed. The best thing to do I guess is to book it, then call the airline and give them your mileage account number and confirm that you'll accrue miles. If not, cancel the booking, as they give you a period of time to pay for the ticket (or at least they used to).

I'd be interested in hearing if anyoe out there has tried the new format, and if it still works like in the past. Discounted Biz Class used to be an option as well... dunno about now.
