Ghost Rider Programs

Does anybody know if any of the airlines still have ghost rider programs? I know US Airways stopped theirs due to the merger, but any help on the remaining would be much appreciated. My current non-airline job is going to be affected by a strike this summer, and thought it would be a fun thing to do.

A Ghost Rider is a person paid by the airline to fly incognito and critique the service of the employees and make sure that they follow proper proceedure.
