Paris Advice
 

Hi,

I'm going to Paris with my family for the week before Easter. We will spend about five days in Paris and then drive to Normandy for three or four days. We plan to hit Disney one day. Any advice on Hotels in Paris and Normandy, and any tips would be greatly appreciated http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Call Entertainment Publications at 800-672-3053 (or 800-926-0565)and buy their "The Hotel & Travel Ultimate Savings Directory" or similar book they carry. With it you can save 50% on hotels in Paris and many other cities and countries. I did it in 1992 and again in 1997.
One hotel we liked in Paris was Hotel Massenet, phone 01-45 24 43 03.

I beg to disagree.

Buy an Entertainment Book for your local area, and go onto the Entertainment website. There, you can find ALL the hotels that they have in Europe, and all you have to do is present your "domestic" card, if they ask, which they usually do not.

The local book is a very good investment even if you don't stay at one of the European hotels.
