Will American go on stike?

Will American go on stike? I want to buy a ticket and make hotel arrangements through Feb 21st. Are they in the 30 day COOLING OFF period yet? You just don't hear about it in the media but I know something serious is cooking and ready to boil over.

They are not in the 30-day cooling-off period yet. Feb 21st will be fine.
