PARIS, 2/10- Airbus aircraft are strange birds. Their wings are made in Britain, their bodies in Germany and parts of their tail assemblies in Spain. They are put together at a factory in southern France. Yet this cosmopolitan creature has become a symbol of the challenge facing Boeing, Airbus's lone remaining rival.
