We have stayed in the Citadines apartments in Les Halles: www.orionapartments.com. For 4 people we paid ~ $160./night. Although small, the apartments are very efficently arranged and well maintained. There are also individual and agency listings in the International Herald Tribune, and in the New York Times, both under real estate and in the Sunday travel section.
