Pacific Coastal Airlines, the small carrier that counts a lot of Canadian loggers among its regular pax, knows a thing or two about loyalty. That was amply demonstrated when this airline sold a ticket to a bona fide member of Greenpeace, realized what it did, and immediately cancelled the sale. Pacific Coastal's founder, Daryl Smith, didn't mince any words, calling Greenpeace a "quasi-terrorist organization." That didn't sit very well with the Canadian Transportation Agency, which in turn threatened Smith and his airline with dire punishment if any Greenpeace member was ever barred from flying again. Tree huggin' hipppie or not!
