I used to stay frequently at the Princess Resort on Mission Bay in San Diego. I'm sure everyone has these stories, but they didn't have the room we had been promised.

About one hour later we were in the Governor's Suite that normally costs thousands of dollars per day. It had its own waterfront grounds, a huge living room, huge bar, huge bathroom suite, enormous bedrooms, etc.

We were very happy with their "mistake" and needless to say I would go back to a Princess property any time.
