You might want to try http://www.apextravel.com , I've used them for two years off and on and they have an excellent 24hr service.

Second Tute94's suggestion. In my experience they know their stuff and are used to dealing with serious travelers. With more and more agents charging fees, to say nothing of the card's other features, it doesn't take long to justify the extra cost of Platinum AmEx over Gold.
