Fare basis codes

PS: How does one price an itinerary to include specific fare codes only ? Tried to do it on ITN as Expert (which I am not!) and failed! http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

--you can see fares available in each class on each flight when you turn on expert mode (see above link for how) but can't specify the fare class to book in.
