FlyerTalk Forums - Exchange to sell luxury reservation that cannot be cancelled

Apologies if this is not the right forum for this.

I have a reservation at a high-end ski resort that I can no longer use. It includes two rooms and would be a meaningful financial loss for us if unrecovered. Are there reliable forums, websites or agents that can help you sell your reservation?

It is a very popular hotel during a holiday weekend. I don't know for sure but I imagine there could be interest.
The hotel customer service is lovely but they don't engagement in the kind of micromanagement that would be involved if I were to say - do you have anyone else who would love this reservation; meaning, its not like they keep a waitlist.
