Believe it or not, the Hyatt Regency Vancouver has a room like that. I've had the lights turned off while I'm showering.

Dunno, but I hope so, because we stay in a lot of Marriotts (that’s our household credit card, and Mr. travelmad478 hosts a conference every year at a Marriott and we get a lot of points out of that!)

My parents made 6 trips to the former Soviet Union in the '80's and '90's. After the first one, Mom always packed a supply of toilet paper. She said in the places that had paper, it was close to sand paper, but many hotels simply didn't have it at all.
