Academic Survey - Airline staff

Hi all,

Longtime reader, new member!

I am conducting a survey for my thesis to get my degree in Marketing Management (University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam). My research is on airline loyalty and staff. With this survey I am looking for when do you interact with airline staff, at the airport and on board, and also what are your likes and dislikes in this.

The survey can be found here: https://nl.surveymonkey.com/r/2B2R9W8
The survey should take about 5 minutes of your time and the survey is open till October 3rd, 2020. I will post the results after graduation, which should be in November this year.

My personal angle, a few years back I used to travel a lot within Europe for business. Short flights in Economy, which at some point felt like taking a bus, as long as everyone is friendly I am happy. When travelling in business class, I do appreciate it when there some personal attention and people remember what I ordered to drink before. I rarily come into contact with ground staff at the airport anymore, almost everything in the process is automated and I just want to get to gate as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your help and I am looking forward to your responses!
