The weird thing about a 747SP is that the non-knowledgable wouldn't know one was onboard that or a 747 Combi (hint: overwing exit or lack thereof).

The 747SR I remember taking between HND-CTS a handful of times in 1985 and 1993
I forgot these two sub models. late '80s JL HND-(OSA (ITM now?) for the SR and for the -400D NH December '99 or January '00) either HND-OKA or v-v.

Here are a couple that I thought of:

L1011: JFK-STL on TWA, July 31, 1996
DC10: MEM-MSP on NWA, May 21, 2001
B727: MIA-PAP on AA, December 03, 2001

I have also flown on B747-200 a number of times, mostly on NWA when they used to run them to Amsterdam. But although I have a flight log of every commercial flight I have been on, back then I didn't keep track of sub types. I'm not sure when my flights switched to the -400. I also flew a UA B747-200 on the IAD-ORD route. I used to fly the ORD-FRA-ORD route on Lufthansa fairly often in the mid to late 1990's, and I believe they used the -200 back then.

Pan Am 747 SP non-stop from SFO/HKG. What a great ride in FC. There was so much room between the rows that the FA's brought the carts in front of our seats so we could choose our selections.
Concorde 1982 JFK/CDG and again around 1989, CDG/JFK.
DC3 on from Mexico City to Acapulco, 1964
DC3 interisland Hawaii from HNL to OGG and LIH early 1960's

The A310 might be the only airplane that I've flown exactly one time. SIN-BOM in 1998 on SQ.

Air Azores (ex-SATA) operated three of these, but they were retired in 2017.

Wow- I wish I'd recorded all my flights since I'm 66 and probably flew on a few of them- but I do remember one. It was in May, 1980, from San Juan, PR to St. Thomas, USVI and it was a DC-3. Those things are workhorses!

Wright Airlines DC3 from Burke Lakefront Airport (BKL) to Detroit City Airport (DET) in 1978. Door fell off over Lake Erie forcing a return to BKL. Second attempt with another door was successful.

you and I are contemporaries

I did that same trip (my last DC3 flight to date) on Aero Virgin Islands in Dec 1979, in conjunction with a 21-day Eastern Airlines unlimited-mileage odyssey that cost something like $399 (SEA-PDX-SEA-ATL-MIA-ORD//ORD-SJU//STT-MIA-DCA//DCA-ATL-LAX//LAX-ATL-SJU-STX//STX-MIA-LGA//LGA-ATL-SEA)

just went through my logbook and found something like 87 types (military and civilian) that I can list here

Thought I had a contribution, but a small number of BAe 146s are still being operated...

I just noticed the A310 (-300 sub model) is still operated in my country, probably flying to the nearest major airport to me.

Air Transat (TS) which apparently has up to 6. Hurry before AC acquires it.

Didn't AA operate these out of MIA or am I confusing that with the 300?
