given the state of the global health situation, this is probably unlikely to happen, but Air Tahiti Nui may offer service from Papeete (PPT) to Pointe a Pitre (PTP)

ARN-FRA
LGA-ATL
LIM-MIA
MAD-MIA
AMS-MIA
Don't know if these count but they do have two of the same letters from the origin in the destination code

another that existed in the past (Pan Am, UTA, South Pacific Island Airways) was between Papeete, Tahiti and Pago Pago, American Samoa (PPT - PPG)

Flights Between Two Airports w/ One Letter Difference
I searched for this but didn't see a similar thread. How many flights have you FTers taken where the codes between the two airports had only one letter different? Mine are as follows:
IXL-IXJ (Leh, Ladakh, India to Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India)
LAS-LAX (Las Vegas to Los Angeles)
ORD-ORF (Chicago O'Hare to Norfolk, Virginia)
There are plenty of routes that should be pretty common, DFW-DTW, IAH-IAD, MCI-MCO, lots of Canadian flights, but I haven't yet flown those.

that one’s a bit more intriguing because both origin and destination have the same name
and on that note, I’m not sure if there’s nonstop service in any of the markets, but there are three instances of San Jose (California/ SJC, Mexico/ SJD, and Costa Rica/ SJO) that also fit that paradigm
