Interesting question. I had to think about it.
Canada (home)
US
China (did not see this one on another list here)
Vietnam
Sri Lanka
Italy
France
Switzerland
Portugal
Spain
Greece
Australia (left side)
Costa Rica
Belize
Bermuda
Mexico
I did not realize that my list was so long until I wrote it down.
As a side issue I hold two driver's license (besides the IDP) for Canada and China while my girlfriend has 3: Canada, Australia and China. So we have everything covered.

- USA - drove a convertible mustang and a 4WD that could fit another car in it...don't see why you need so much space!
- Australia (Left-side) - use to live here
- New Zealand (Left-side)
- Japan - drive there about 5 times a year - love it - the roads are almost always perfect
- Spain - chaotic - but surprisingly safe in it's own way
- Italy - similar to Spain
- France
- Netherland
- England - quite close to the way they drive in Australia
- Ireland
- Germany - easy to drive, autobahns are excellent as long as you keep calm

USA (Home): So many interesting drives,
- Mt Washington (Scariest - steep gradient, very very very windy, low visibility, no guardrails).
- Road to Havasu Falls Trailhead (Loneliest - probably saw one other vehicle in ~60 miles).
Canada
- Banff, easily my favorite drive in Canada
St Thomas/St Johns
St Lucia
- Lost my way finding trail-head to the Pitons and ended up on a very steep & narrow road. Had a hard time turning my car around.
Belgium
Germany
- Once in a tiny Fiat 500. The max speed I could get to was only 130 kmph. It felt like the steering wheel would come off if it pushed it any more!
- Got a large Nissan SUV next time and managed to get to 180 kmph but on the Autobahn it felt exactly like
(skip ahead to 5.10).
- Favorite drive was through the Black Forest region.
Austria
- Pretty cool tunnels, Arlberg Tunnel (~14km) is the longest one I've been through.
Switzerland
- Furka, Grimsel & Susten mountain passes - amazing drives
Lichtenstein
Greece
- Didn't drive on the mainland, but only on Santorini (first smart car rental).
Iceland
Did the Ring road. Next time, planing to do the F-roads.
India
If you can drive there, you'll probably be fine anywhere else in the world.
Nepal

Just the US, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand. And Japan, if the go-kart tour in Tokyo counts. Adding Iceland to the list next year.
The most fun I had was NZ. I was fortunate enough to have a manual transmission Mini Cooper, that little go kart was so much fun on the windy roads, I could have just done that all day and skipped all the touristy stuff.
Driving in Canada always seems weird to me. I have to go to suburban Toronto for work every now and then, and everything is so similar yet so different. It looks just like suburbia USA, with the same wide roads, same retail chains, etc. Couldn't tell the difference in most places, yet everything is in metric. When driving in NZ or Ireland, it's so obvious you're in a foreign country, but I always have a brief moment of "I'm in the U.S., why the hell are the speed limit signs in km/hr?" until I realize I'm in Canada.
Sorry Canada, I love you guys, but you really are the 51st state. Although I'd rather we be the 11th province

Cars owned have been both manual and automatic. I actually enjoy driving a manual. All of the rentals have been manuals.
US (home)
Mexico (own car, friends car, rental)
Germany
French Polynesia (Moorea)
Chile (Easter Island)
Costa Rica
Spain
Portugal
LOL!! Spain for me on the last trip - in parking garages. No charge either.
Most interesting foreign driving experience - Mexico in the late 1980s. On that trip I learned to drive a manual transmission in the mountains of Michoacan and then a few days later was driving in Mexico City when it was the largest city in the world.
