For my US intrastate flights, I have:
TX (DFW-AUS)
FL (MIA-JAX)
AZ (PHX-TUS)
KY (CVG-SDF)
CA (OAK-LAX)
MO (STL-MCI)
HI (HNL-ITO)
CO (DEN-EGE)
and don't know if this counts:
NJ (EWR-EWR) a return to base due to mechanical problem after takeoff
TX (DFW-AUS)
FL (MIA-JAX)
AZ (PHX-TUS)
KY (CVG-SDF)
CA (OAK-LAX)
MO (STL-MCI)
HI (HNL-ITO)
CO (DEN-EGE)

Never had an intra-state flight in the US. Come to think of it, I've never had one in Australia either.
With all the hassle of getting to and from airports, extra security, baggage limits, etc. I have long since come to the conclusion that it's not worth flying to anywhere that's within a day's drive.

Wow, not many! I'm a fan of trains and sometimes cars to get around, especially in smaller countries. Out of 35 countries, just 4:
USA
India
Australia
Italy
I'll add Micronesia and Marshall Islands this year on the Island Hopper.
Intra-state flights:
WA
ID
CA
HI
NY
FL
If I include general aviation that would add AK, OR, UT and CO.

Arizona (TUS-PHX)

I'm trying to think of how many states even have an intrastate commercial flight now . I'll list some out, with one example for each state (obviously multiple routes in a number of states). Some are mores obvious than others. Will count anythinga operated bays a common carrier as a regularly scheduleda service tahat accepts public passengers (this deafinition Amay need a little refining, my intent is not to acount on-demand services). Will also count only airports physically located within the same state (i.e. CLE-CVG does not count as CVG is in Kentucky). This list is not in any particular order, and may have some errors. Be kind!
CA (LAX-SFO)
TX (AUS-DFW)
NY (LGA-BUF)

WA (SEA-GEG)
UT (SLC-SGU)
CO (EGE-DEN)
MA (BOS-MVY)
MO (STL-IRK)
MI (DTW-MQT)
MN (MSP-RST)

GLO flies between New Orleans and Shreveport, Louisiana (MSY-SHV).
You can add Maine to the list if Penobscot Air qualifies. They sell passenger seats on regularly scheduled mail flights.

American flies between Hattiesburg/Laurel and Meridian, Mississippi (PIB-MEI).

This might be the most interesting "how many X have you done" question that I've seen on FT in a long time:
Cambodia
Canada
France
Germany
Ireland
Japan
South Korea
Spain
US
Somewhere around 25% of the countries that I've visited.
