Japan -- I wish the US airlines would learn from them how to board a plane. I've seen B772 loaded faster the in Japan then a CRJ2 in the US.

In many other countries I've visited domestic flying isn't too common-- or necessary-- as the country is relatively small, geographically, and has good intercity train service.

I'm at around 30% if I include Marshall Islands and Federated States of Micronesia, and I could easily take a domestic flight within Canada or Brazil to push that up even higher. Visiting a number of smaller entities like Hong Kong or Singapore make it hard though!
