Only a few for me:

US
UK
Canada
Finland

In many other countries I've visited domestic flying isn't too common-- or necessary-- as the country is relatively small, geographically, and has good intercity train service.

I'm at around 30% if I include Marshall Islands and Federated States of Micronesia, and I could easily take a domestic flight within Canada or Brazil to push that up even higher. Visiting a number of smaller entities like Hong Kong or Singapore make it hard though!
