Stomach bloating in-flight
Wonder how many others experience an uncomfortable expansion of their stomach in-flight, which is magnified sitting for so long in cramped seats.
What helps with this? I tried simethicone (over-the-counter) before my flight and losing weight over the years. Still an issue. |

5. Fart every once in a while.

http://blog.sleepinginairports.net/2...-on-airplanes/ I remember a trip report a few years back talking about some long haul flight with a plane load of flatulent pax. Hilarious reading, but no fun being there. |
I find this happens often to me when I'm hungry and my stomach is empty. If I've got food in me it never happens.
|
Do what I do - put the overhead air vent on full blast...and have it aimed NOT at you, but the person next to you...and blast a flatus away. Be sure it's a SBD and try not to laugh or make commotion when it hits you..........

That won't open for me, but I'm guessing it falls into the category of someone having too much time on their hands!
