Hiking tours like Dingle Way?

Ireland seems to have several hiking paths in which each day ends up in a B&B/hostel/hotel.

The Dingle Way for instance is a popular one. My google foo is letting me down and I can't seem to find any other areas of the world with something similar.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Coast-to-Coast (UK) and Camino de Santiago, the 'Jesus' trail and the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, the Kungsleden (if you are willing to carry a light backpack and some food) come to mind.
