Terminal B at BOS has more outlets and USB ports than people. This is on the United side. I haven't walked over to the US Air side much but I suspect it may be the same.

In my experience, none is worse than MCI.

In Europe HEL is friendly, with real armchairs and outlet in it.

RDU
Terminal 2 has the cluster seating with outlets in the base of the cluster. Have not been in the recently renovated Terminal 1, so not sure what the outlet situation is there.

PHL, terminal F--the gates aren't great for outlets but the new food court is loaded with them. I'll admit to loving the fancy pants restaurant that includes ordering from an Ipad (that I then use to browse the internet) and has an outlet for every seat. Also, the cobb salad there is really very good, airport food or not. I spend too much time in terminal F.

Just curious - do you plan to adjust your flying plans based on the answers to your question?

My how times have changed. People now expect public spaces to provide them with free electricity. The meager outlets you see in most commercial spaces are for the vacuum cleaner, not for you!

In the train station part of LYS airport you need to use a stationary bike to charge your electronics.
I think remember someone on FT being told they were stealing electricity plugging in at CDG. |

For this fee I expect the airport to provide amenities that I need when travelling, such as toilet facilities, drinking water, shelter and a comfortable environment (temperature, lighting, etc), seating areas while I wait, electrical power for electronic devices, etc. Whether the airport is a public space may be debatable to some people, but since I am paying to enter it and access is controlled, it seems unlikely. |
Put PHL on the worst list. I couldn't find a single one in the B Concourse last night, unless I wanted to unplug a giant fan that was replacing a/c at Gate B4

SMF is great airside. The Sacramento airport has a multitude of charging stations in the United terminal along with lots of workspaces for laptops which is great since there is no lounge air side. The wifi is also free!
