As the OP wants directs TO a destination, I take this as them looking for where flights landing at a particular airport are coming from, rather than to where they're going. Irrespective of interpretation, I often use airport websites when looking for direct flight options.

My post that you quoted said "to/from". If the airport doesn't provide separate lists, it's generally very safe to assume that if there's a flight from XXX to YYY, there's also a flight operated by the same carrier from YYY to XXX. Triangular schedules are very rare and would often be direct flights anyway, without even an aircraft change.

MSP, I quoted you only to emphasize that I agree with your strategy. I meant to highlight the direct flights TO an airport to show that using flight searches would be difficult.

This is not a DL specific topic so I am moving this discussion over to TravelBuzz.

"Direct" in airline parlance means that you can have an intermediate stop, including possibly a change in planes... as long as both flights have the same flight number.

.... Yes, your connecting flight DL xyx can depart while you are arriving on DL xyz.

I assume since you said both flights have the same number, in your hypothetical below you meant to type both as DL xyz? Slightly off topic, but doesn't this cause problems for ATC? And the pilots also for that matter, during radio communications if they just happen to land/take off close to the same time?
