Did Minimum DBC Limits change in 2013?
 

According to new DOT rules instated in 2011 - an inflation adjustment to the DBC limits must be made every 2 years. At the time of the change in April 2011 the limits were $650/$1300. I'm assuming the inflation adjustment does not apply to the 200%/400% limit specification.

Since we have passed the 2 year period, there should be new limits adjusted for inflation. I'm not sure, but if inflation was 3% in 2010, 1.7% in 2012 and 1% in 2013, what would be the new DBC limits? $681/$1362?

Is there a bulletin posted by the DOT that announces the change?
