That's a tough one but I think I would chose TK. The hard product is not as nice as the new LH biz but the soft product is where TK really shines. You'll get better food and better service on TK. Both the Welcome lounge in FRA and CIP lounge in IST are amazing.

I would prefer the TK seat because there is more room for your feet while sleeping (a pet peeve of mine).
But for the most part they are similar. Your actual destination/routing would be a bigger factor for me. I would want to limit my time in intra-Europe Y seats pretending to be J seats.

Given the two different location and flight time, the comparison can be efficient only depending where your final destination is. I'd go for TK as well, but not if you're not on MR and end up arriving in Germany and surrounds.
