Did ROA-DCA-TTN in 1990 Spring. My recall is it was on USAirways or Piedmont. Can someone verify if either were flying to TTN at the time?

LAX-ONT , SAN-ONT on TW it was on their 767 to boot. It started out as a non-stop flight out of JFK to LAX or SAN then continued onward. If I recall correctly it was something like JFK-LAX-ONT-SAN-JFK and vice versa

later on it was a change of planes at LAX and more often then not wed be delayed getting out of JFK and they wouldnt hold up the connecting flight, hello private taxi to ONT. They lost a ton of $$$ on me as I was usually the only connecting person and my tkts were bet $99-198 r/t. At times even less as it was an add-on to my Inbound Intl tkt

Did the SNA-LAX as well when UA-EX was flying it

GDT-SLX - Grand Turk to Salt Cay in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Flight schedule listed as 10 minutes but actual flight time maybe 5 minutes. 9 miles.

LAX-PSP (Palm Springs) back in the late 80's or early 90's. Only about a 3 hour drive, but I wasn't feeling well so decided to fly. BIG mistake. Small prop plane, one seat on each side, FA was handing out drinks when we hit turbulance. He promptly sat in the empty seat across from me and went into a crash position! I thought it was over, but all we could do was try not to spill our drinks, they were needed at this point!

Here is one.......

Kapit (KPI) to Sibu (SBW) in East Malaysia (Borneo) back in the 1990's when Malaysian Airlines till flew the route. It was a once a week flight in a DHC6 from a STOL gravel strip (1,400 feet long). Flew about a 100 feet over the river below the hilltops back to Sibu. My wife and I were the only passengers and we had lunch with the two Aussie pilots once we got to Sibu.

Interesting routes

1997 -- ARN (Stockholm) to KRN (Kiruna) and then connection by dog sled to Jukkasjarvi for a stay at the original Ice Hotel.

2007 -- CXH (Vancouver Harbour) to YWS (Whistler Mountain)

2009 -- YYG (Winnipeg) to YYQ (Churchill) to see wild polar bears.

2010 -- PNH (Phnom Penh) to REP (Siem Reap) to see Angkor Wat.

Aha! I can claim the first one, as part of a convoluted STN-DUS/FRA-ICN-KWL-KMG-LJG/DLU-KMG-BKK-LHR routing on AB/OZ/CZ/MU/TG a few years ago.

Fantastic place, Lijiang.
