Is the list restricted to commercial flights? What about charters? Military flights? Private aircraft? Maybe we should have a separate thread for each of these. And then separate them by dates - pre-2000 and post-2000? What about if a flight stops somewhere but you don't get off the aircraft (lots of WN flights are like that)?

I think you have a typo. SEZ is not in USA, and would be difficult to drive to. It is Seychelles Islands, about 1100 miles off the east coast of Africa.

SEZ is the FAA ID for Sedona (ICAO: KSEZ). I'm not surprised that there is duplicity/conflict (I believe Scottsdale has 3 codes, IATA, ICAO and FAA, due to SDL being assigned by IATA to somewhere else). I did see something about a SEZ-DXB before and I was confused for a bit, since the largest you can really fly out of Sedona is a B-25 or B-17.

Some people here got quite the track record....

Here's mine, places in () are airports for layovers.
Asia: PEK, TSN, PVG, (NRT).
US: (SEA), ORD, MDW, DTW, IND, PVD, BOS, EWR, LGA, JFK, (CLT).

Seems like I have only been to north of the equator.
