Master thesis project survey

Hi everyone,

I am in my last year of business school (marketing major) and need to prepare a master thesis project. I chose to study passengers' behavior as regards to airline frequent flyer programs. I am conducting a small survey (I've tested it at around 3-5mins) regarding loyalty programs.

I would greatly appreciate your time to help me (I need around 200 respondents):

Here is the link to the survey

Thanks a lot!

In one of your questions about business travel, the #1 is missing in the pulldown menu.

You have asked to consider "direct vs connecting flights' as a criteria in a couple of your questions. Direct can have a ground stop and take as long as a connection. Did you indeed intend that comparison, or were you thinking about nonstop vs connecting flights?

I'm not sure how one is supposed to differentiate between a "Loyalty Program" and "Attachment to the airline". I've always considered the FF program and the airline itself as one entity.

Thank you! The "#1" issue has been fixed.

That's true that nonstop is a little different than direct but I felt that flights with for instance a tech stop would be dealt with with the answer "schedule" as it would be a longer flight

For example you may not me a member of a FFP but favor an airline because it you national career, or because someone in your family used to workfor them, or because you admire them...

This question has no possible answer for someone who upgrades rather than books a flight with miles.

During the past 24 months, you have used your miles to...?

I've answered the survey. I'd be interested in seeing the results when you publish them. Good luck with your study!
