Absolutely agreed. It's the best military museum I've ever been to and frankly one of the best museums, period I've been to.

Wholeheartedly second and an addition - nothing like the HK skyline as viewed from the ground up on the Star Ferry (esp around 8pm during the daily light show), but also just as great seeing it from the top down at Victoria Peak.
From the same list of suggestions and will get the same enthusiastic support from me - absolutely nothing like it. I reckon it's probably less sailed than a typical USVI or BVI route and is accordingly a lot easier to feel like you've discovered your own gorgeous spots of tranquility out in the Caribbean!

Oh! And for something I haven't seen mentioned yet (sorry if I missed it, and if so, this should just serve as reinforcement!) - Cinque Terre on the Italian Riviera! Positively gorgeous, and I went in wintertime, so I can only imagine the experience and vibe once the months get warmer.

So many great items already listed. I'll try to be selective in naming a few new ones and seconding quite a few already mentioned:
Taj Mahal: Most incredible human-made structure I've ever seen.
Iguazu Falls: Possibly the most incredible natural phenomena I've ever seen, though other great ones include...
Table Mountain, Cape Town
Cape of Good Hope
Grand Canyon
Milford Sound, New Zealand
Any number of treks in Nepal
Cities: Paris and Venice as the most romantic; Sydney as the most spectacular; Krakow as perhaps the most under-appreciated; New York as the most energetic.
Countries: Yes, I'm stretching to list a country as a tourist attraction. But still...New Zealand as the most beautiful country; Thailand as the best combination of beaches, culture, food, blending efficiency and light-heartedness, and accommodations (by which I mean, whatever your budget is, you'll get better value for it in Thailand than anywhere); and the Maldives, French Polynesia and the Seychelles as the best tropical get-aways if all you want to do is simply get away.

I'd also rate the RAF museum at Hendon near London as being well worth a visit.

This brought back some lovely memories!
1. Iceland - loved every single moment of our New Years in Reykjavik. You haven't celebrated New Years until you have celebrated here! Not to mention dogsledding at sunrise and the Blue Lagoon. Iceland is positively magical in winter.
2. The Pyramids at Giza. No words.
3. The Great Wall. We went to the Mutianyu section and it was breathtaking.
4. Cappadocia, Turkey. Like nothing I have ever seen before, or maybe will again. The landscape is unreal. And while we're talking about Turkey, Istanbul is fabulous - everything from the Hagia Sophia to the freshly squeezed orange juice, to the Turkish baths.
5. St Petersburg, Russia. The most incredible, lavish palaces, churches, and museums.

Pyongyang - There is no place like it on earth. It is like stepping back in time to the 50s. It's already changing though, heard they put in a few traffic lights now and no longer have young women directing the small amount of traffic that exists in the capital. The flight in from Beiing on the Russian planes is pretty interesting too.
Saba - Saba is reported to have the shortest commercial runway in the world and it sure looks it as you make the approach. If you go get a seat near the front. The door to the cockpit remains open in flight so you can get some views out the front.
