Global Entry Interview - Problem with Photo - Looking for Ideas
After two failed interview attempts due to late flights, I made the Portland, OR to SEA roundtrip drive on Friday. During the interview I was told that my application was approved and I could expect to review the card in a few weeks.
About two hours after leaving SEA, I received an email from the interviewing officer stating that, "Unfortunately, during the photograph the system was unable to save the correct photo. Instead of your photo the practice photo was saved to your profile. The Global Entry staff would appreciate it if at your convenience you could stop by our office to correct this mistake." I spoke with the officer today and was told that they "need a live photo" and I would have to come back or go to another Global Entry office. Has anyone had a similar experience? Were you able to resolve it without going back to the airport? Thanks! |
Have not had that issue but are you able to stop by an airport that has a GE office on a stop over or destination trip (ORD, SFO, ATL, etc.)?
